Pro and Cons of newgrounds

The things i like and don't like about newgrounds.
Pros: Good, great, and very funny flashes, nice friends, funny comments, and other stuff.

Cons: Rude people, lame and insulting flashes, and very useless comments.

What do you like and Dislike about newgrounds?
